Fees


Our fee structure is designed to be adaptable to the client's unique needs, especially when multiple services are required. We determine our fees once full information is received. 

For Accounting Services, we require that all fees be paid upfront.

For Tax Services, our terms of payment are as follows: 

1. 50% of the fee must be paid upfront. 

2. Remainder of the balance is due when draft is shared with you. Final copy and e-filing will be provided once balance is paid in full. ​

All services provided are reviewed by a CPA partner (NC CPA License #48325).

 

Tax Preparation

Personal Federal and State Income Tax Preparation - starting at $250 

Business Federal and State Income Tax Preparation - starting at $750

Amended Tax Return - starting at $150 (provided the return was previously prepared by us)

 

Accounting Services

Bookkeeping Services - starting at $350/month (include transactions categorization, bank and credit card reconciliation, accounts payable management, accounts receivable management, general ledger management, expense tracking and management, preparing monthly or quarterly Profits and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements) 

Books Clean Up Project - fee varies depending on the number of months for which records need to be reviewed

 

Business Set Up

Complete Business Formation - $350 + state filing fee
